1. Introduction

Welcome to AdelRidE Chauffeur Services. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, mobile application, and transportation services. By using our services, you agree to these terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

AdelRidE Chauffeur Services provides premium transportation services including but not limited to airport transfers, point-to-point trips, corporate bookings, events & tours, and special occasion transportation.

All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation by our team. We reserve the right to substitute vehicles of similar or higher quality if necessary.

3. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while allowing us to manage our resources effectively.

Cancellations more than 48 hours before service

Full refund of the booking amount will be provided.

Cancellations within 48 hours but more than 24 hours before service

A 50% cancellation fee will be charged. The remaining amount will be refunded.

Cancellations within 24 hours of service

A 100% cancellation fee will be charged. No refund will be provided.

All cancellations must be made in writing via email to adelride@outlook.com.au or through our website/app. The timestamp of your cancellation request will determine which cancellation policy applies.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed for corporate accounts. We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. Additional fees such as the State Government Point to Point Fee and Airport Fee (for airport transfers) will be clearly indicated during the booking process.

A 1.8% processing fee applies to all credit card payments.

5. Service Modifications

Changes to your booking (date, time, pickup/drop-off locations) may be accommodated subject to availability. Please contact us as soon as possible to request any changes.

Modifications requested within 48 hours of the service may incur additional charges. Our team will advise you of any applicable fees before confirming changes.

6. Customer Conduct

We strive to provide a safe and comfortable environment for all passengers and our staff. Customers are expected to:

  • Treat our drivers and staff with respect
  • Comply with all safety instructions
  • Not engage in disruptive, dangerous, or illegal behavior
  • Not consume alcoholic beverages in our vehicles without prior permission
  • Not smoke or vape in our vehicles

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to customers who violate these conduct guidelines. No refund will be provided in such cases.

7. Liability

While we take all reasonable care to ensure the safety and security of our passengers and their belongings, AdelRidE Chauffeur Services accepts no liability for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience experienced by customers during the use of our services, except where caused by our negligence.

We recommend that customers have appropriate travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

8. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and store your personal information.

9. Force Majeure

AdelRidE Chauffeur Services shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather conditions, acts of government, or widespread illness.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Australia. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.
